How to cook it
Three steps. That’s it.
Sauté the veg
Heat 2 tbsp oil, add garlic and your veg (egg or chicken too, if you like). 3–4 minutes on high.
Add the rice
Add 800 g cooked, cooled rice. Day-old rice fries best.
Toss in the full sachet
Sprinkle the whole sachet and toss for 2 minutes on high. Done.

Classic is mild (1/5) and good for kids. Schezwan is bold and spicy (3/5).
Can I use it for noodles?
Yes. Schezwan works well on hakka noodles too. Use one full sachet for about 4 plates.
