Shipping policy

Order Processing Time & Delivery Timelines (India)
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours from order confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. During peak seasons or sale periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Same-Day / Faster Delivery
We currently do not offer same-day delivery on our website. For faster delivery, customers may purchase from quick-commerce platforms (subject to availability in your area): Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit.

International Shipping
For international orders, processing time is 48–72 hours from order confirmation, and once dispatched, delivery typically takes 10–15 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. We ship internationally to selected countries. International combo packs may include shipping charges. For customised international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on total weight and destination. Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer. Customers may be required to share additional documents requested by the courier (e.g., UPS).

Unserviceable Pincodes
If a pincode is temporarily unserviceable, the order will not be dispatched. Customers may choose: Refund to original payment method, or Provide an alternative serviceable address.
