• Yes! The fried chicken and Madras 65 can be air-fried. Coat the protein accordingly, then place it in a pre-heated air-fryer and brush/spray some oil on top. Air-fry at the appropriate temperature, flipping it halfway through.
• The curry pastes can be microwaved along with water to heat it up and form the gravy. You can then add in the protein and cook it further to infuse the flavours. For this method, only proteins such as paneer, frozen veggies, eggs or pre-cooked chicken/fish is preferred as cooking them in the microwave for a long time could change the taste/texture of the dish.
