Refund policy

Cancellation Policy: 

All cancellations can be processed provided that the orders are cancelled before we ship the order. Customers can process any cancellation of order request by writing to us at support@cookdtv.com   or reaching out to us via WhatsApp at 9884344221.

The refund for a cancelled order will be processed to the original source of payment within seven (7) working days from us approving a cancellation request. 

  1. Order Cancellation & Modification
    Once an order is placed on the Cookd website, cancellation or modification is not possible under any circumstances.
  2. Refund Timeline
    Refunds are processed to the original payment method, The amount will reflect within 3–7 working days, depending on the bank. For prepaid RTO orders, refunds will be processed after verification.
  3. Product Quality / Taste Concerns
    Taste preferences may vary from person to person. Refunds are not applicable for taste-related concerns.
  4. Unserviceable Orders
    If an order cannot be delivered due to pincode restrictions, a full refund will be processed.
  5. Promotional Discounts & Coins
    Discounts and coin redemptions must be applied at checkout. Coins cannot be converted to cash. Refunds will not include expired promotional benefits.
