How to cook it

Three steps. That’s it.

Sauté the veg

Heat 2 tbsp oil, add garlic and your veg (egg or chicken too, if you like). 3–4 minutes on high.

Add the rice

Add 800 g cooked, cooled rice. Day-old rice fries best.

Toss in the full sachet

Sprinkle the whole sachet and toss for 2 minutes on high. Done.

How much rice does one sachet make?

One sachet seasons 800 g of cooked rice, which is 4 plates. Use the full sachet: it's measured for exactly that much rice.

Is there salt in the masala?

Yes, salt is already in. Don't add any more. Each sachet also replaces soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and pepper, so you just add rice and veggies.

Classic or Schezwan: which is spicier?

Classic is mild (1/5) and good for kids. Schezwan is bold and spicy (3/5).

Can I use it for noodles?

Yes. Schezwan works well on hakka noodles too. Use one full sachet for about 4 plates.

Not good or not up to the expectations, disappointed with the purchase

Very salty and sour taste of soy sauce in both the mixes. We eat avoid spicyness in usual cooking but found this even more lesser than our usual food. Didn't feel the like a fried rice. I think it not worth the money and shipping charges so I request you take this inputs and improve this product
