How to cook it
Sauté onions
Heat 3 tbsp oil and sauté sliced onions with a few curry leaves till golden.
Add meat and masala
Add 500 g mutton and one full sachet. Stir for 2 minutes, add a little water for consistency, cover and cook till tender. Pressure-cook mutton.
Cook it down
Uncover and keep stirring till it's dry and the masala clings to every piece. That's chukka.

Chicken Chukka masala : manufactured in May 2025, Expiry is May 2026 and delivered to us on 26th Mar 2026. The taste is top-notch, and I honestly have no complaints about the flavour. I would happily give it 5 stars for the taste. However, I’m concerned about the use of maltodextrin and maida in the Chukka Masala. Are these ingredients really necessary for the product? Maltodextrin can cause a rapid rise in blood sugar, which may be a concern for people with diabetes. I hope you can consider this feedback and look into whether these ingredients can be avoided or replaced. Because of this concern, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
