It wasn't bad but the instructions needs some changes the rice soak it should not be 20-30 min it should be 10-15 min or else the rice are like clump together, and you also need to adjust the water properly because according to your instructions 20-30 min soaked khasa rice which we call that particular rice in northeast like in Tripura, they are not good for water soaking for 20-30 min or else they become at bit to soft and becomes like khichdi. You also need to prepare your meat like chicken or mutton like half cooked or else they won't get cooked in the presure cooker with the biriyani, you also need to mention that , because not everyone will to make the biriyani by adjusting your instructional recipe. But all in all it was good not bad at all except that cooking instruction manual, please upgrade it.

“I used Cookd Dindigul Biryani Masala and it was very disappointing.
The masala taste is very weak and the flavor is not good at all.
There is way too much oil — it feels like 70% oil and only 30% masala.
Not tasty and not worth the money.
Honestly, it would be better to buy biryani from a shop or cook at home with fresh ingredients. 👎”

Tried wedding Bhai biriyani and Dindigul.. homely tasty...
Also made chicken with their hot garlic and also pepper , husband asked if it's from hotel .. haha.
Just loved it .simply scrumptious.. will stock more

At First, I feared about the paste because of its preserved product.

It was a good wedding bhai briyani kit it has a kind of orginal smell and taste wise good only if you have sid dish of Brinjal raita and 65.

Dindigul briyani.. was out of the world 😋😋.. Being in North India and pregnant I was craving for tamilnadu style... It just hit the spot ...
