Prepared sambhar using the masalas as per the instructions
But it tasted like puli kulambu
Even during the second time
Have three packs at home
No feeling is felt when stir-frying with vegetables.I couldn't believe the taste of the lentils when they were boiled and then cooled with coriander and ghee.I bought it with a doubt, but now I'm happy. The recipe is simple.Thank you cookd team and Adhi bro.

The sambar masala is very good. But I think it can be sold without Tamrind in it. It is very useful for quick cooking since tamarind is added. The reason is in each household the tamarind ratio differs. I love all products. And I recommend to all my friends.

It's been a month I've ordered but I didn't receive my order yet...very disappointed ☹️
This is the second masala product I tried among the five masala sachets I bought. I will start with the positives first:
1. I swear that there are no preservatives and added colour as the brand claims. Appreciations for giving something to us that doesn't harm our health.
2. As all the spices used in the sambar masala are used in the right ratio, the sambar had the same taste like the ones we have when moms or home prepared masalas are used.
Coming to the negatives:
1. The brand claimed it has tamarind. To be honest, it was soooo light and my mom had to use extra tamarind to achieve the usual taste (maybe this is due to varying preference of each household)
2. My mom felt that the masala didn't have Fenugreek powder. So, she added that manually.
3. The aroma of asafoetida was also less. So, she added a bit of that too.
Ultimately only after making these adjustments, the sambar had the perfect taste (perfect in the sense, the taste my family prefers). I understand a brand can't personalise to each household's taste. So, overall new generation feels it worth but amma amd grandmaas always rule the masala market👑

Spices and salt everything is good. Taste also good. Only thing is ,even after adding tamarind separately,the sourness of the traditional sambar is missing.
We used to love having the sambar and expected it to be spicy but for a long time we are using Sakthi Masala. To be honest we felt the spicy is very less.
