For everyday chicken curry, choose Chicken Masala. For dry or semi-dry dishes, try Madras 65, Chettinad Chicken Masala, Pallipalayam Masala, or Madurai Chukka Masala depending on the style you're cooking.
For curries, use Mutton Masala. For dry-style dishes, Madurai Chukka Masala, Kerala Roast Masala, and Meat Ularthu Masala are great choices.
