How to cook it

Three steps. That’s it.

Heat the gravy

Empty the pouch into a pan on medium flame. Add 50–60 ml water and bring it to a gentle simmer.

Add paneer or chicken

Add 200–300 g paneer or chicken. Simmer till cooked: a few minutes for paneer, longer for chicken.

Finish and serve

Stir in a spoon of butter and cream for the restaurant finish. Serve with naan, roti or jeera rice.

Tastes good but customer service is bad

I tried the sambhar n biriyani mixes and I loved it. No overpowering flavours n contrary to the common opinion, I did not find it oily at all. Will definitely order it again. I was a bit hesitant before trying it, as I was anticipating the same old ready-to-eat food smell in the masala after it is cooked. But no, found it genuinely good.

Now coming to the customer service experience , honestly it has to be improved. I'm glad that you are shipping worldwide now. And for that very reason, there must be a proper workforce to handle all the issues related to shipping to various countries. I had ordered from Germany. I had to wait for almost 25 days to get the package n the customer service was not helpful. I had received an email from your 2 days before the delivery service planned to destroy the package and they had asked me to provide detailed info about the ingredients etc. It must have been sent along with the package, isn't it? Definitely needs improvement there. Due to this hassle, I have to remove 2 stars.
