Our Policies


Purchases made from online store of https://shop.cookdtv.com/ cannot be returned after purchase, since they are consumables. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately once the customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the orders and an image of the damaged product is shared with the team. Any queries or concerns beyond 30 days from the order confirmation date will not be processed.



Any cancellations can be processed provided that the orders are canceled before we ship them. Users can process any cancellation of orders by writing to us at support@cookdtv.com or reaching out to us via WhatsApp at +91 9884344221 . Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days. 


We will ship the product within 48 hours from the time of confirmation. All COD orders will be processed only after confirmation either on WhatsApp or over a phone call. For cart value below Rs.500/- we charge shipping charge of Rs.50/-. 


Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation message via email and WhatsApp. Once the order is shipped, you will get another mail and a WhatsApp message with the tracking number to track the status of your order. All orders which sum a bill above Rs. 500/- will be shipped FREE of cost. Any order which sums a final bill of less than Rs. 500/- will be subject to shipping rates.
