1.  What payment methods do you support?

We currently support the following payment methods:

Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, Google Pay

2.  Is it safe to shop online by making a payment using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card?

Yes, it is 100% secure. All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

3.  I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What should I do?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if the amount has been deducted from your account. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will normally be rolled back by the banks within 7 business days. For assistance, you can write to us at support@cookdtv.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

1.  Do you accept international orders?

No, we don’t accept international orders. We accepts orders from all parts of India.

Orders are delivered within 4 – 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the delivery location.

4.  Can I track my orders?

Yes, once the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number and tracking URL via email. You can track your order shipment using that.

1.  How to place an order?

  • Select the products as per your choice and add to your cart.
  • Once you have added all the products to the cart, click on the cart button.
  • You can confirm your order and then proceed to checkout.
  • You can place your order by logging into your account or by checking out as a guest.
  • Confirm your shipping address, select the payment method, and place the order.

2.  Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellation requests any time before the order is shipped for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once shipped out. To cancel your order, contact support@cookdtv.com

3.  Can I return the product?

Products once sold cannot be returned unless the products are damaged or in a defect condition while opening the package, which upon review and confirmation, we would send the replacement for the damaged ones. The eligible time period for replacement is 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.  What to do if I forgot my password?

Just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option and we will send a password reset link to your email address registered with us.

2.   Can I purchase without registration?

Yes, you can purchase without registering an account, but you need to provide your email details and mobile number at the time of checkout for shipping purposes.
